If your appointment is to occur within 48 hours of the booking, then a deposit or payment in full may be required, we will inform you at the time of booking. These terms may apply to new and existing clients. If you wish to make a deposit, or if one is requested you can do so here.
We appreciate there may be a genuine need for you to amend an appointment, every effort is made to offer you an alternative time and date, and where a deposit has been paid - we will transfer this over to the new appointment if this is booked and occurs within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.
It's essential your Sitting commences promptly, as the full duration of 30-40 mins is required to get the full value of your appointment. Where you are late it may not be possible to commence your reading as other clients may follow your appointment. If this happens I will undertake a tarot insight reading for you after 10 minutes have elapsed from the start time of your appointment. This will be sent to you as a recording by WhatsApp or email. I am unable to offer a refund for lateness or cancellation unless the required notice is given.
Private Sittings -Group Bookings: Whilst private sittings are conducted in Clevedon, for Group Bookings (a Group is 4-8 people) Sharon will travel to your venue or home within a 20 mile radius, a small travel fee will be included in the overall charge quoted. We want you to enjoy your evening and for everyone to have a memorable and enjoyable experience, therefore please ensure a separate room is made available where each person will have their sitting with Sharon.
Appointment times are flexible and Sharon offers a variety of options, although if you are booking for a party or Group of guests then the usual duration is 20 minutes each. Discounts are offered to Groups please ask us, offers can be withdrawn at any time at our discretion. Whilst at gatherings alcohol may be being consumed as part of your celebrations, alcoholic drinks are not to be consumed to excess prior to your sitting (or Reiki Session). Water is provided to you during the sitting. Sharon has the discretion to refuse to carry out a sitting or reiki session where excess alcohol or drugs have been consumed, and where a deposit was paid this may not be refunded and the full balance may still be requested.
Reiki Session: We want you (or your Pet) to get the most out of the treatment offered. Sharon J Bird is a member of the UK Reiki Federation and is a registered to Master Teacher Level. As a Practitioner Sharon is not medically trained and cannot give medical advice or recommendations, Reiki works alongside conventional medicine. If you are concerned about your condition or if you feel unwell you are advised to seek medical assistance as a priority. To prepare for your Reiki Session please ensure only a light meal is consumed a few hours before the treatment begins, and please avoid alcohol or recreational drugs of any sort. Treatments can be cancelled at Sharon's discretion where you have not fully prepared for your treatment. A quiet environment is recommended, where you are unlikely to be disturbed, and so total relaxation can occur. Treatments are carried out at our premises in Clevedon.
For cancellations please tell us immediately so that every effort can be made to offer your appointment to others, where a deposit has been paid every effort will be made to offer you an alternative time/date where possible (if 72 hours notice is given)
